Dentures need to be realigned after several years due to natural changes that occurs in the underlying bone, as well as, the wear and tear of everyday use. An ill-fitting denture should be replaced immediately as it can damage the gums and cause further discomfort and health issues.

The denture process is usually made up of five stages:

• Full oral inspection and oral impressions taken.
• Second impression taken, using the customized tray made from the first visit.
• Colour, size and shape of the dentures is selected.
• A wax model of the new denture is created for review, size and comfort testing.
• The new dentures are fitted and adjusted for perfect comfort.
